Scheduling & Cancellations

We respect your time and ask for 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee. Emergency calls are prioritized based on severity and existing crew availability.

Service Agreement Overview

Payment Policy

For security and efficiency, we accept online payments only. Deposits are required for major projects, with final balances due upon completion. Any changes to the scope of work will require a signed change order before work proceeds.

Liability & Warranty

Work performed by our team is covered by a standard 1-year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover pre-existing structural issues or third-party equipment failure. Our liability is limited to the total value of the specific service contract performed.

Scope of Work & Access

We provide residential and commercial plumbing and fire sprinkler contracting. All service estimates are based on visible conditions; if hidden issues arise, we will discuss necessary adjustments immediately. To complete our work efficiently, we require safe, unobstructed access to your property and the relevant systems during our scheduled window. We handle all standard permit applications requested by Florida building codes for the specified project scope.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, and use secure online credit card processing for your protection.

Cancellation & Scheduling

Life happens, but we appreciate 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may result in a rescheduling fee. For fire sprinkler or plumbing emergencies, we prioritize existing customers to get help reaching your property as quickly as possible.

Liability & Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship. We provide a limited warranty on labor and installation; however, we cannot cover pre-existing structural issues or parts covered by manufacturer warranties. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of our specific work performed, ensuring a professional and fair resolution for all parties.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, and use secure online credit card processing for your protection.

Due Dates & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all projects over $1,000 to secure materials and scheduling. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of work. Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly fee starting seven days past the due date.

Change Orders

Any deviations from the original scope of work that result in additional costs will require a signed Change Order. These additional costs will be invoiced separately and must be paid under the same terms as the primary agreement.

Scheduling & Reliability

We value your time and our technicians' schedules. To provide the best service to all our clients, we follow these cancellation and scheduling guidelines:

  • Notice Periods: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid service fees.
  • Missed Appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where property access is not granted at the scheduled time, will be subject to a standard trip charge or missed appointment fee.
  • Emergency Handling: While we prioritize emergencies, please note that emergency dispatch may affect existing non-emergency schedules. We will communicate any necessary adjustments promptly.
  • Property Access: Homeowners or property managers must ensure a responsible adult is present or provide secure access instructions prior to the appointment.

Warranty & Liability

At C&C Plumbing Contractors LLC, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We provide a limited one-year warranty on all labor performed, ensuring your systems operate reliably. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from owner negligence, pre-existing structural issues, or normal wear and tear. Our liability is strictly limited to the total value of the services provided under the specific work order. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all active job sites, providing peace of mind for both homeowners and property managers throughout the duration of the project.
